Borden Bridge - the put in

This was my end point during my aborted attempt during 2004. Bad weather convinced me to bail early into that years trip. The bridge is te Borden Bridge, originally built to create jobs during the great depression years. The arched bridge is no longer in use due to age. It felt great to be there yet I felt some trepidation to start this trip because I would be paddling into some areas where getting lost or tipped over deep into the wilderness was a real possibility.
