You might want to consider providing some feedback to the provincial
government about government policies related to environment and
tourism in South Alberta. There is an online workbook at the link
below. It it is a long survey (took me 1 - 1.5 hrs) but you can
complete it in multiple sessions. You can provide feedback about
allowed uses of Crown Lands.  <snip>

I don't know many people in the paddling community, so you could
perhaps forward to others you may know who would be willing to take
the time to fill it out.
